Eric has 7 years of experience as a CF Coach and before that 3 years as a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist. His passion is guiding people to achieve what they never though possible.
Kymmi has the heart of a teacher! She has been a CF coach for 5 years and a dance instructor for 7. She loves helping people learn new skills and encouraging them to push through any adversity.
Nutrition Scaled Founder
Lauren is a passionate individual dedicated to helping others obtain a healthy relationship with food. She enjoys educating her clients about nutrition and providing them with a customized program and continuous support to reach their goals, whether it be to increase their energy, improve their performance or to just simply live a healthier lifestyle. Lauren is a CrossFit Level 1 Trainer and has been coaching both general population and athletes on their nutrition goals for over 3 years.

Dr. Taylor (Marc) is a human performance scientist, with 20 years of experience studying elite, recreational, and tactical (military) athletes. With expertise in exercise physiology and sport psychology, he is devoted to optimizing the health, safety and performance of CrossFit athletes through the application of sound scientific principles.
