For The Beginners
The Fundamentals Course is designed to build skill and confidence in a safe environment prior to entering our regular classes. You’ll learn what CrossFit is and why it is a great way to get you fit for life and other endeavors. These five personal training sessions (which are required for everyone who has never tried CrossFit before) teach you all the basics to get you ready for the intensity of CrossFit. Come prepared to learn new skills and sweat a little.

Stretching with an attitude! Our mobility class is designed to help you improve your mechanics to become a better athlete. This class will help you recover from intense workouts, teach you how to manage your soreness, and increase your range of motion.
